What's new
Every change to the platform, newest first.

One language at a time
Switching languages used to be able to leave the app half-translated — an Arabic menu around an English page. It now changes everywhere at once, however you get there: from the menu, from Settings, from a survey page, from another tab, or by pressing back.
- FixedThe app no longer shows two languages at once. Changing the language now repaints the whole screen — the menu, the headings and the page — instead of leaving the frame in the language you started in.
- FixedThe case that caused this most often is fixed too: open one of your surveys, switch the language on the survey page itself, then come back to the app. The app now arrives in the language you just chose, including when you return with the back button.
- FixedThe same applies across windows: change the language in one tab and the others follow the next time you look at them, rather than staying behind until you click something.
- SecurityWe went through everything both the app and the site keep in your browser. It is all display preferences — text size, the language you build in, whether the menu is folded, which help-centre sections you left open. No sign-in details, no answers and no personal data are kept there, and a test now fails our build if anyone tries to add some.
- v1.16.0August 29, 2026
Two more things the product does
Scheduling and first-run setup now have live pieces of their own on the site, prices wear the Omani rial symbol, and the help centre's search, section list and sign-in link all behave the way the rest of the site does.
- NewTwo new live pieces on the site. One shows a survey opening and closing itself between two times, with its status changing as the clock crosses each edge; the other shows the first-run setup finishing and the guided tour walking the screen behind it. Learn more
- ImprovedPrices now carry the Omani rial symbol instead of the letters — on the pricing cards, the currency switch, the home page and the plan picker in Settings. It arrives with a small movement and answers when you hover the price it belongs to. Learn more
- ImprovedThe contact page reads like the rest of the site now: writing to us sits on the same textured card the security and legal pages use, under its own heading, and the company block beside it ends exactly where that card does instead of stopping short.
- Improved"On this page" in the help centre is now the same dark material as the navigation above it, and it says how many sections are behind it before you open it.
- ImprovedThe help centre's search dialog opens and closes with a movement instead of appearing and vanishing between two frames.
- Fixed"Staff sign in" at the top of the help centre pointed at a page that does not exist. It goes to the sign-in screen now, and a check in the build fails if any link on the site ever points at a missing page again.
- FixedSwitching the language no longer makes the page flicker before it settles. The switch is an ordinary link now, so the browser loads the other language the way it loads any page.
- FixedA few small things sat on the wrong side in Arabic — dates under the scheduling drawing, the step counter in the guided tour, the support address in the help menu. They mirror with the page now.
- ImprovedThe legal documents — terms, privacy, refunds, the DPA and acceptable use — are set at a proper reading size now. Headings, clauses, lists and tables all grew; these are pages people read under a deadline, not captions. Learn more
- ImprovedThe comparison table on the pricing page now says out loud that the ready-made brands come with every plan — the dash beside "your own colour and logo" was being read as no colours at all. Learn more
- v1.15.0August 29, 2026
A way to reach us
A real contact page — write to us and the message actually sends — plus the company behind the product, its working hours and a reply commitment. The security page now reads like the rest of the site and draws the whole path an answer takes. And the brand sheet has a map.
- NewYou can now write to us from the contact page and the message actually sends. Pick what it is about, write it, and you get a confirmation on screen with a reference number and a second one in your inbox. Every message is answered within one working day.
- NewThat page also says who is behind the product: the company, where it is, how to reach it directly, and the hours a person is at the desk.
- ImprovedThe security page now wears the same ink, paper and blue as everything else, with the masthead the legal documents use — instead of opening on a slab of a colour no other page has. It carries a review date, a section list that follows you down the page, and links to the six legal documents beside it.
- ImprovedThe diagram of where an answer goes was four boxes in a row that collided on a narrow screen. It is a path down the page now, with five steps and — under each one — what is actually checked, stored or exported there.
- ImprovedThe measures on that page are one comparable list rather than seven separate cards, each numbered so two people on a call can say "point four".
- ImprovedThe brand page is a sheet you can navigate: one section per specimen, a row of jump links at the top, and two rules that were sentences are now drawings — the clear space around the mark, and its minimum size on screen and in print.
- ImprovedEach colour on that page now prints the contrast measurement that decides what it is allowed to be, and copies its hex with one click.
- v1.14.0August 28, 2026
A cooler, clearer site
A new platform palette — deep navy, cool paper and one electric blue — plus explanatory diagrams where a screenshot could not help, a pricing comparison generated from the plan catalog, and legal pages you can actually navigate.
- ImprovedThe whole site changed temperature. The warm, sand-toned palette is gone, replaced by deep navy, cool paper and a single electric blue — and that blue is legible as text, which the old accent was not, so links and emphasis finally wear the brand colour instead of routing around it.
- ImprovedThe background is no longer graph paper. A field of routed traces runs behind the page, the closing panel and the footer — the shape of an answer travelling from a phone into your workspace.
- ImprovedAnd that field answers your pointer. A soft circle of light travels with the cursor and the traces inside it pick up colour, while the rest of the page stays exactly as quiet as it was. A touch screen gets none of it, and a device set to reduce motion gets the light without the trail.
- NewDiagrams, where a picture of a screen could not make the point: what your surveys rest on, the four ways one published survey is reached, and everything a single workspace holds.
- NewA comparison table under the pricing cards, grouped by what each capability is for, with every row generated from the plan catalog — so it can never promise something the product would refuse. Learn more
- ImprovedThe legal pages read like documents now: a masthead carrying the title and the date, a section list that follows you down the page, and links to the other five — so finding one clause no longer means scrolling past thirty.
- ImprovedThe mobile menu now opens out of the navigation bar it belongs to, in the same material, instead of sliding in as a separate white panel.
- FixedThe help centre's menu button opened a menu you could not see, because the dimming layer was being drawn on top of it.
- FixedThe plan comparison had its columns the wrong way round, showing capabilities as included on the free plan and missing from the paid ones.
- v1.13.0August 25, 2026
The site that sells the product
A full public site: the product shown in live pieces on the home page, six feature deep dives, nine real use cases, honest pricing, a security page that answers procurement, and the complete legal cluster.
- NewA new home page where every product visual is live and token-built — vignettes you can poke, never screenshots — with the Features menu, use-case cards and a details grid that deep-links into the guide.
- NewSix feature pages — the builder, question types, results, sharing, branding and workspaces — each one claim and proof for a capability that is live today.
- NewA pricing page rendered from the plan catalog itself: annual first, a currency toggle for comparison, and anything not yet built marked clearly as coming — never quietly implied. Learn more
- NewDuring launch, choosing a paid plan captures your email and the plan you wanted — we write to you before billing ever starts.
- NewA security page for the people who have to say yes: the path a submission takes, the full sub-processor list, the measures behind each claim, and our incident commitment.
- NewThe legal cluster is complete: refund policy, a sample data processing agreement, the sub-processor page and an acceptable-use policy — all bilingual, all marked draft until counsel signs off.
- ImprovedThe brand page grew a motion specimen (the mark's canonical animation), a type specimen in both scripts, the workspace palette range and full lockup downloads.
- ImprovedThe demo survey on the site is the real product: a published survey served by the platform itself, framed on the demo page with its QR code.
- ImprovedEvery page now exists at a clean Arabic and English address with correct language signals for search engines, plus per-locale sitemaps.
- ImprovedThe site moves like the product: pages enter with the dashboard's own transition, the mobile menu is the dashboard's drawer with the same animated button, and a wrong address lands on a branded page that helps instead of a bare error.
- ImprovedThe privacy policy opens with an at-a-glance table of what we handle and why, and the terms now spell out content responsibility, how to report infringing content, and how disputes are resolved — all still marked draft until counsel signs off.
- v1.12.0August 24, 2026
The product teaches itself
Short guided tours now walk you through each screen the first time you use it — the dashboard, the survey editor, sharing, responses and the team page — and a new Help menu in the sidebar searches the guide, replays any tour, lists the keyboard shortcuts and reaches support.
- NewGuided tours. Small tooltips anchored to real controls teach each screen where you use it: four steps around the dashboard, a walkthrough of the survey editor (including the Arabic/English switch), sharing and the QR code after your first publish, reading responses once the first one arrives, and roles for owners with a team. Every tour is skippable, never blocks the page, and resumes where you left it — on any device, because progress is saved to your account. Learn more
- NewA Help menu in the sidebar. Search the whole guide without leaving the app, replay any tour, see the keyboard shortcuts in one place, or write to support — and if a tour belongs to another screen, the menu tells you where to go and the tour starts by itself when you arrive. Learn more
- ImprovedTours speak your language in both senses: the copy was written in Arabic first, and under Arabic the whole thing mirrors — tooltip placement, arrow direction, button order, and the arrow keys advance in your reading direction.
- ImprovedA small ? now sits beside a couple of genuinely tricky controls — the editor's language switch and the who-may-answer choice — opening the exact page of the guide that explains them. Learn more
- v1.11.0August 23, 2026
A calmer way to answer
The survey page respondents see has been redesigned: the title opens on a brand-coloured header card, every question sits on its own calm card with a number like 3 / 12, options are large tappable rows, required questions carry a clear tag, mistakes are flagged in an alert you cannot miss, and finishing earns a little celebration.
- ImprovedEvery question now lives on its own card with a small 3 / 12 counter above it, so respondents always know how far along they are. The counter fills with the workspace colour once its question is answered — scrolling back up, the hollow ones are the questions still waiting. On longer surveys a slim floating answered so far indicator rides along at the top of the page. Learn more
- ImprovedThe survey's title and description now sit on a rounded card in the workspace's dark brand tone, with a soft glow and a light accent bar — the opening of every survey carries the brand instead of plain text on a plain page. Question cards sit directly on the page canvas instead of inside a large white panel.
- ImprovedChoice questions are far easier to hit on a phone: each option is now a full-width row — the whole row is the button, not just the little circle — with a clear tint and border once picked. Rating scales became a row of generous pills, and the chosen one fills with the workspace colour. From 13 options up, the list splits into two columns on wide screens (phones keep the single column). Learn more
- ImprovedRequired questions now carry a small red Required tag beside their title instead of a bare asterisk, and a question answered incorrectly is impossible to miss: the message appears in a proper alert and the whole card takes a red border, right where the page scrolls you. Learn more
- ImprovedSubmitting earned a proper finale: the thank-you message now appears under a check mark in the workspace colour, with a one-time burst of on-brand confetti once the answers are safely stored. It respects the reduced-motion setting, like every animation on the platform. Dozens of smaller refinements landed alongside: one clear border style shared by every control, comfortable card spacing on small phones, inputs sized so iPhones no longer zoom in when tapping a field, and dropdown menus that finally follow the workspace colour. Learn more
- FixedAn email or phone field no longer shrinks the moment you start typing in it. The survey library narrowed these fields on focus to make room for a character counter that our design shows below the field instead — the width jump served nothing and is gone.
- FixedThe little Required tag now always speaks the survey's language. A visitor whose browsing language was English could see an English "Required" inside an Arabic-only survey, because the translation lookup silently followed the visitor's cookie instead of the language explicitly asked for — the language plumbing now honours the explicit request.
- v1.10.0August 23, 2026
Switches that mean it
Switching Invitations off in Settings now genuinely stops new invitations — without withdrawing a single link you have already sent — conditional logic follows your plan like every other paid capability, your Google or Microsoft picture shows on your profile as well as in the sidebar, and reopening the app no longer flashes a sign-in screen at you.
- FixedInvitations is a module you can switch off in Settings → Modules, and until now switching it off changed nothing at all: the invite panel stayed, addresses could still be added, and emails still went out. It now does what it says. With it off, no addresses can be added, nothing is sent or resent, and a public survey can no longer be made invite-only. What it deliberately does not do is withdraw anything already in flight — every personal link you have sent keeps opening the survey, the list of who holds one stays exactly as it is, and any invitation can still be revoked. A survey that is already invite-only can also be switched back to a public link at any time, so no survey is ever left with no way in and no way out. Learn more
- ImprovedConditional logic — showing and hiding a question based on an earlier answer — is listed as part of the paid plans, and was the one capability on that list that nobody was ever asked to pay for. It is now checked where it is saved, like every other paid capability. A survey that already uses conditional logic is untouched: it keeps working for respondents, it stays editable, and its rules go on doing what they did. What needs the plan is adding a rule or changing one. Learn more
- FixedYour profile picture now appears on the Profile page, not only in the sidebar. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft we take the picture you already have there, so there is nothing to upload — but the Profile page had never been told, and showed the letter tile to people whose face was visible two inches to the left. Accounts that linked a provider before we started inheriting pictures pick theirs up on their next sign-in, with nothing to do. The picture is still fetched by our servers and served from our own address, so your browser never contacts Google or Microsoft to display it. Learn more
- ImprovedOpening the app in a fresh tab no longer flashes an empty sign-in screen at you. If you are already signed in, going to the site now takes you straight to your workspace, and the wait is the same “Something beautiful is waiting for you” screen you saw the day you joined — instead of a sign-in card that appears for a moment and then disappears. The old route also passed through two unnecessary redirects on its way; those are gone, so the app opens in fewer steps for everybody, signed in or not.
- v1.9.0August 22, 2026
Responses you can act on
Correct or remove a submitted response, email its respondent — or every respondent at once, edit or delete contact directory entries, paste a whole column of options at once, and choice questions now take up to 50 options.
- NewA submitted response can now be corrected or removed. Edit opens the response in the same form the respondent filled in — the exact survey version they answered, prefilled with their answers — so the original rules still apply: required questions, option lists, length limits and date windows are all enforced, and uploaded files can be replaced or removed (a replaced file is genuinely deleted from storage). Delete permanently removes the response, its files and its contact entry, and on an invite-only survey reopens the invitation so the person can answer again. Both are members and admins only, and both are written to the activity log. Learn more
- NewYou can now email a respondent straight from their response — or several at once. Rows that include an email address get a mail action, and Email respondents above the table sends one message to everyone who left an address, or to exactly the people you pick: all start selected, and you can remove pills or type to filter and choose. Each recipient gets their own separate copy in the language they answered in, recipients never see each other's addresses, and an address that answered twice is emailed once. If a delivery fails, the result names the address and offers to retry just those. Messages are delivered in the workspace's email design naming the survey they are about, addresses are always taken from the stored responses themselves, the message can never carry scripts or markup, and every send is logged. Learn more
- NewContact directory entries can now be edited and deleted from the Contacts page — a mistyped email or an outdated number no longer sits there until its response is deleted. Edited values pass the same cleaning submitted answers do, deleting an entry leaves the response it came from untouched, and both actions appear in the activity log. Learn more
- ImprovedBuilding a long list of options is no longer one row at a time: copy a column from Excel or Google Sheets and paste it into any option of a single response, multiple choice or dropdown question — each line becomes its own option, in the language you are authoring. A small hint under the options list points the shortcut out. Learn more
- ImprovedChoice questions — single response, multiple choice and dropdown — now take up to 50 options, up from 15. Long lists like nationalities, governorates or schools fit in one question, and dropdowns with more than a dozen options already offer type-to-search. Learn more
- FixedScheduled closing now genuinely closes a survey. A caching bug could let a survey keep showing its survey — and accepting answers — past its scheduled close time (and open one before its scheduled start). The schedule is now enforced on every visit and every submission, and the surveys list shows a Closed status with "Closed {date}" once the close time has passed, instead of a survey that reads Published forever. Learn more
- FixedEmails now fit phone screens. The card kept its full desktop width on narrow phones, so every message — Arabic and English alike — was cut off at the edge or shrunk by the mail app. The card now sizes to the screen, and the sign-in code's digit boxes scale down on small phones so all six always show.
- FixedA survey would not open on an iPhone with cookies switched off in Safari. Reading a saved display preference is refused outright by that setting — not just writing one — and the refusal happened while the page was starting up, so the whole survey went down over a font-size setting nobody had chosen. Every stored preference is now read defensively: with storage unavailable the survey opens normally and simply falls back to its defaults.
- FixedA confirmation email could go missing after a respondent submitted. The send was started but nothing waited for it, so when the server finished the response it could shut down with the message still in flight — and a momentary network fault had no second chance either. Sending now runs as a proper background step with the response, and a failed attempt is retried with a safeguard that prevents the same message arriving twice.
- v1.8.0August 21, 2026
Surveys that look like yours
A new Branding page gathers everything a respondent sees of you in one place: your colour, your logo, the address your surveys live at, and the address their email arrives from. Pick any colour you like, put your own domain in front of your surveys, and send confirmations from your own mailbox.
- NewChoose any brand colour, not just one of the seven. The whole product is derived from it — the canvas, the borders, the charts, your emails and your public surveys shift together. Every colour is measured as it will actually render, and one that would leave text unreadable is refused with the nearest shade that works. Learn more
- NewServe your public surveys from an address of your own — a name on our domain, or a domain you already own. Adding one never retires an old one: every address you have keeps working, so a rebrand does not invalidate the QR codes already printed and on tables. Learn more
- NewSend confirmations and invitations from your own domain. Publish the DNS records shown and press Check now; we also look again every hour until it is done. Until the records check out we keep sending from ours, because one unverified domain would hurt everybody's delivery. Learn more
- ImprovedYour logo now appears on your public surveys, not just in the sidebar — and on a paid plan the small credit at the bottom of the page is gone. Learn more
- ImprovedWaiting for DNS now says so. Both the address and the sender show the same panel: the records laid out in columns, long values shortened at both ends with a button that still copies the whole thing, and a note telling you when we last looked and that we keep looking on our own. Learn more
- NewA seventh ready-made brand: red. Like the other six it is measured before it ships, so the text on your buttons stays readable wherever the colour lands. Learn more
- ImprovedChoosing your own colour now uses our own picker instead of your operating system's colour dialog: a proper wheel, a hue slider, the ready-made brands as quick picks, and a live preview of the button you are about to get with the exact text colour it will wear. Learn more
- ImprovedOne place for your colour. The brand picker has left Settings — Branding is where your colour, your logo and your public addresses already live, and Settings now links there instead of offering a second copy of the same swatches. Learn more
- FixedLinks and QR codes are built from your workspace's own address rather than the one your browser happens to be on, so a code printed from the dashboard carries the address you actually publish. Learn more
- v1.7.0August 21, 2026
Your picture, your shortcut, and a help centre that keeps up
Signing in with Google now brings your profile picture with it, and the sign-in screen remembers which method you use — including the social ones. The help centre grew a proper navigation tree, a quieter scrollbar, and a way to take any page with you as plain text.
- NewYour profile picture now comes from the account you sign in with. Link Google and the avatar you already have becomes the one you see here — no upload, no second choice to make. Providers that do not publish a picture, like Apple, simply keep the letter tile. Learn more
- FixedThe "last used" hint on the sign-in screen now covers every way in, not just the built-in ones. Someone who always signs in with Google was the one person it was meant for and the one person who never saw it.
- ImprovedThe help centre menu is a tree you can fold. Sections collapse, your choice is remembered, and the section you are reading always stays open — so a guide that keeps growing stays something you can scan rather than scroll.
- ImprovedAny help centre page can now be copied as plain text, opened as Markdown, or handed straight to an AI assistant with the link. Useful when you are pasting an answer into a reply — and when the reader is not a person at all.
- FixedScrollbars on the help centre match the rest of the product instead of the operating system's grey slab, and the one down the menu now stays out of sight until you reach for it.
- v1.6.0August 20, 2026
The product keeps its own house
Most of this release is invisible, and that is the point. Your surveys now keep collecting even when a service we depend on is having a bad day, an email that cannot be delivered right away is kept and sent later instead of quietly disappearing, and your response count checks and corrects itself every night. Nothing here asks anything of you.
- ImprovedAn email we cannot deliver at the moment is now kept and retried for the next twenty minutes: your first-response alert, a respondent's confirmation, a usage warning. Sign-in codes and invitations are deliberately not queued — a code that arrives late is worse than one you ask for again. Learn more
- ImprovedYour survey stays open when our spam check cannot be reached. A brief hiccup asks the respondent to try once more; a longer outage lets answers through rather than closing every survey in the product because someone else's service is down. Learn more
- FixedYour monthly response count now audits itself. If a response was ever recorded without being counted, the difference is found and added back the same night — always in your favour, never the other way. Learn more
- FixedAn invitation stops claiming it was completed once the response behind it has been deleted. It goes back to waiting, so you can chase it again. Learn more
- ImprovedHousekeeping we used to run on a timer now runs on a queue that retries, remembers and reports: abandoned file uploads are cleared, the activity log is trimmed to its stated retention, and anything that fails is raised rather than skipped in silence. Learn more
- FixedSearch boxes no longer lose what you typed. Searching straight after clicking a filter could quietly discard the first characters — or the whole query — and show you the unfiltered list as if nothing had been typed. This affected surveys, responses, contacts and the activity log alike. Learn more
- v1.5.0August 18, 2026
One front door, from signup to your first dashboard
Creating an account is now one continuous screen: sign up, confirm your email and set up your workspace all happen in the same panel, and the product opens only once — already wearing your name and your colour. The workspace also became a proper switcher in the sidebar.
- ImprovedEmail confirmation and first-run setup now happen inside the same panel as sign-in, on the same living background. Nothing drops you onto a different-looking page mid-signup, and the welcome animation plays once — at the end, on your way into the product. Learn more
- ImprovedChoosing your colour during setup now repaints the whole screen, background included — you see the workspace you are about to enter, not a preview of it. And your dashboard opens already configured instead of appearing behind a setup dialog. Learn more
- NewThe workspace name in the sidebar is now a switcher: it shows your workspace's monogram and name, and opens a menu to move between the workspaces you belong to. Switching reloads cleanly into that workspace's own brand. Learn more
- FixedButtons and badges on coloured surfaces now take their text colour from the same contrast measurement the rest of the theme uses, so light brands like orange no longer risk pale text on a pale fill.
- ImprovedSettings reads better. Modules are grouped by what they are doing — on, off, always available, or waiting on a higher plan — instead of one long list, and the usage panel now opens with the date your period restarts and tells you how much room is left, not only how much you have spent. Learn more
- FixedPage headings no longer vanish when you switch the interface language. The heading animation now runs again for the new text instead of leaving it hidden until the page is reloaded.
- v1.4.0August 17, 2026
Usage you can see, limits that keep their word
Settings now shows exactly what your workspace is using — responses against your plan's cap, surveys, seats, storage, and the last six months at a glance. The caps themselves now act the way we promised: a survey over its cap keeps collecting, the surplus is stored in full, and you hear from us at 80% before anything locks.
- NewA usage panel in Settings: this period's responses against your cap, active surveys, seats, storage, a six-month history, and the day your count resets. Your usage month starts the day your workspace was created — never a shortened first month. Learn more
- NewFair warning before any limit matters: a dashboard notice and one email to the owner at 80% of your monthly responses, and a second at 100% confirming your surveys are still collecting. One email per threshold per month, never more. Learn more
- ImprovedAccept-and-lock, delivered: responses over the cap stay in your list with their count and time, their content and export unlock the moment you upgrade — retroactively and in full. Nothing is ever refused or lost. Learn more
- ImprovedSurvey and seat limits now answer at the moment you act — creating, restoring or duplicating a survey and inviting a colleague say clearly when the plan is full, instead of failing somewhere later. Learn more
- v1.3.0August 17, 2026
Plans, modules and honest limits
Every workspace now has a plan — Free, Pro or Business — and its capabilities are packaged as modules you can see, switch and understand. Everything stays free during launch, and one promise is now written into the product: a survey never refuses a response because of your plan.
- NewA Plan card in Settings: see your workspace's plan, what each tier includes, and switch between them — no payment during launch, and every workspace runs with Pro capabilities until pricing goes live. Learn more
- NewModules in Settings: switch capabilities like the contact directory or email alerts on and off for the whole workspace. Locked modules stay visible and say exactly which plan unlocks them. Learn more
- ImprovedThe promise behind the response caps, encoded in the product: when a survey reaches its monthly cap it keeps accepting and keeps every answer — nothing is refused, nothing is lost, and your respondents never see an error because of your plan. Learn more
- ImprovedThe sidebar now reflects your plan and module choices: what you cannot use is not offered, and what you switch off disappears everywhere at once.
- v1.2.0August 17, 2026
The doors are open
Anyone can now create an account, get their own workspace, and publish their first survey in minutes — no invitation needed. Sign up with email, Google, Microsoft or Apple, and the product paints itself in your colours as you set it up.
- NewSelf-serve signup with email verification, plus sign-in with Google, Microsoft and Apple. Your workspace is created for you the moment your account exists.
- NewA ninety-second first-run setup: name your workspace, pick your colour and watch the whole interface repaint live, add a logo, confirm your time zone. Every step is skippable and resumable from Settings.
- NewA getting-started checklist in the sidebar walks you from first survey to first response, and quietly retires itself once the responses start arriving.
- ImprovedTeam invitations are now personal links instead of temporary passwords. The invitee signs in with their own account — or creates one on the way — and nobody's password ever travels by email.
- NewWhen your first response arrives, the workspace owner gets an email — a notification and a link only, never the answers themselves. What people tell you stays inside the product.
- SecuritySignup is protected by a bot check and rate limits, verification codes expire in five minutes, and workspace addresses that could impersonate the platform are reserved and can never be claimed.
- v1.1.0August 12, 2026
Workspaces
Your surveys, responses and contacts now belong to a workspace — a named, separate space with its own brand, its own team and its own data. Nothing you had has moved or changed; it is all in your workspace, at a new address.
- NewThe app has moved from /admin to /app/your-workspace. Old links keep working — they forward you to the right place.
- NewA workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar, for anyone who belongs to more than one.
- ImprovedRoles are per workspace now. The same account can be an admin of one and a viewer in another, and there is a clear owner who cannot be removed.
- ImprovedRemoving someone from your team removes them from your workspace only. Their account, and any other workspace they work in, is untouched.
- SecurityEvery read and write in the product is confined to one workspace, enforced in the database and proved by a test that fails the build if a query ever forgets.
- ImprovedPublic survey links are unchanged. Every QR code, printed poster and emailed invitation you have already shared keeps working exactly as before.
- v1.0.0August 10, 2026
Jawab goes live
The platform sets out on its own as Jawab — a forms and survey platform with first-class Arabic and right-to-left support, a new identity, and a public home for its guide and release notes.
- NewA new name and a new visual identity: ink and warm paper, one mark across the app, the emails, the QR posters and the browser tab.
- NewThe guide and this what's-new feed now live on a public site of their own, in Arabic and English. Learn more
- ImprovedEverything the platform already did — the bilingual builder, publishing, responses, charts, exports, QR codes and invitations — carries over unchanged.
