Getting started

Creating your account, setting up your workspace, and a guided tour of every screen in the dashboard.

Create your account

Sign up with your email and a password, or continue with Google, Microsoft or Apple. A six-digit code arrives by email to confirm your address, and your own workspace is ready the moment you are in — nothing to configure before you start.

On your first visit, a short setup takes about ninety seconds: name your workspace, pick your brand colour (the whole interface repaints as you hover), add a logo, confirm your time zone, and tell us what you will use it for. Every step can be skipped and finished later from Settings.

Four ways to sign in

PasswordYour email and password. The everyday method.
PasskeyYour fingerprint, face or device PIN. Fastest and safest — nothing to type or remember.
Email linkWe email you a one-click link. Useful when you have forgotten your password.
Email codeA six-digit code sent to your inbox. A new code can be requested every 45 seconds.

Forgot your password? Use the link on the sign-in page. You will be emailed a code, then asked to choose a new password.

A tour of the dashboard

The sidebar is the map of the whole product. On a phone it becomes a drawer behind the menu button at the top. Not every item appears for every role — see Team & roles.

ScreenWhat it is for
SurveysEvery survey in the workspace. Create, search, filter, and open one to read its responses.
AnalyticsWorkspace-wide totals: responses over time, responses per survey, and the Arabic/English split.
TeamThe people who can sign in, and what each of them is allowed to do.
ActivityAn append-only log of who did what and when. Admins only.
ProfileYour own name, password, passkeys and email language.
SettingsThe workspace brand colour, plus display preferences for this device.

Shortcuts worth learning

The command palette is the fastest way to move around: it searches your surveys by name and jumps straight to any screen.

  • CtrlKOpen the command palette (⌘K on a Mac)
  • CtrlBCollapse or expand the sidebar
  • EscClose any dialog, drawer or preview
