Answering a survey
You received a link. Everything you need to know before, during and after you answer.
Opening the survey
Tap the link you were sent. It opens in your normal browser and works on a phone, a tablet or a computer. You do not need an account, a password, or any app.
- Choose your language with the globe button at the top of the page. The whole survey switches between Arabic and English, and the page flips direction with it.
- Answer at your own pace. Questions you must answer carry a small red “Required” tag; the rest you may skip. The number above each question (like 3 / 12) shows where you are, and it fills in once that question is answered.
- Longer surveys are split into pages. Use the Next and Previous buttons — going back never erases what you already typed.
Attaching a file
Some surveys ask you to upload something — a document, a photo, a certificate. Tap the upload area, pick the file, and wait for it to finish before you submit.

Submitting
Press the submit button on the last page. A quick automatic check confirms you are a person and not a script, then your answers are saved and a thank-you message appears.
- If the survey asked for your email address, a confirmation message is sent to it automatically. It confirms the submission — there is nothing to click.
- You cannot edit a response after submitting. If you made a mistake, contact the person or program that sent you the survey.
- Some surveys accept one response per person. If you try a second time you will see a message saying you have already responded.
Personal invitations
Some surveys are open to invited people only. In that case you receive an email with a link that is yours alone — it identifies you, so please do not forward it. Someone else opening it would answer in your place, and once it has been used it stops working.
What happens to your answers
- They are stored in the platform's own database and read by the team members responsible for that survey.
- The platform records which language you answered in and the time of submission. It does not store your IP address — only a one-way scrambled version of it, used to stop the same person submitting twice.
- Files you upload are stored securely and are only downloadable by signed-in staff.
