Plans & modules
What each plan includes, how module switches work, and what happens when you reach a limit.
The plans
Coming soonEvery plan is free while we launch — you are on the full feature set, and nothing here is charged for yet.
Three self-serve plans, with annual billing as the primary option. During the launch period everything runs with Pro capabilities, free.
| What you get | Free | Pro | Business |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price (annual) | Free | 90 OMR / year | 290 OMR / year |
| Responses per month | 100 | 2000 | 15000 |
| Surveys | 10 active surveys | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Seats | 1 | 3 | 10, expandable |
Enterprise, on-premise and agency arrangements exist too — those are agreed with us directly rather than picked from a page.
Reaching a limit
When a survey reaches its monthly response cap, it keeps accepting responses. Nothing is refused and nothing is lost — the extra responses are stored in full and unlock the moment the workspace upgrades. A respondent never sees an error because of your plan.
You are never surprised by the cap: at 80% of your monthly responses the dashboard shows a heads-up and the workspace owner gets one email; at 100% a second email confirms that collection continues. Responses over the cap appear in your list with their count and time — their content and export unlock when you upgrade, retroactively and in full.
Survey counts and seats work differently: those are checked when you create the survey or send the invitation, where a clear no costs nobody anything.
A feature your plan does not include is shown, not hidden: you see its name, one line saying what you still get today, and a small badge naming the plan that opens it. What you will not see are its settings — a survey you cannot submit is not an explanation, and it is easy to mistake for something broken.
Tracking your usage
Settings shows a usage panel: this period's responses against your plan's cap, active surveys, seats, storage, and the last six periods at a glance. Your usage month starts on the day your workspace was created — not on the 1st — so your first month is never shortened.
Modules
Capabilities are packaged as modules. Your plan decides which modules are available, and workspace admins can switch some of them on or off for the whole workspace from Settings.

Switching a module off stops new work; it never withdraws what is already live. Switching invitations off, for example, means none can be sent from then on — but every link already in somebody's inbox keeps opening the survey, and you can still revoke it. See invite-only surveys.
