Workspace & appearance
The workspace's name, logo and colour that everyone shares, moving between workspaces, what Settings holds, and the display preferences that are yours alone.
The brand colour
One setting recolours the entire product. Pick from seven Ready-made brands — Blue (the default), Black, Purple, Green, Light blue, Orange and Red — and the dashboard, the public surveys, the emails respondents receive and the charts all shift with it.
- It lives on the Branding page. Settings → Brand colour has an Open Branding button that takes you there.
- It is workspace-wide, not personal. Everyone on the team sees the same colour, and so does every respondent — which is exactly why only admins can change it.
- The change applies instantly, before the page even finishes saving.
- Every shade in the app — backgrounds, borders, text — is derived from the brand you pick, so the whole interface stays in harmony rather than looking like one recoloured button.
- All seven options are checked for readable contrast, so text stays legible whichever you choose.
On a paid plan you are not limited to the seven: Branding lets you set any colour you like, and the Workspace page lets you add your logo. See Your brand on your surveys.
The Workspace page
Workspace in the sidebar holds the things that belong to the whole team. Everyone can see the members; only admins see the cards that change something.

The workspace time zone
Every date and time in the product — when a response arrived, when something happened in the activity log, when a scheduled survey opens — is shown in one time zone that the whole workspace shares.
It is a workspace setting rather than a personal one for a reason: two people discussing «the 9pm submission» have to mean the same moment. It is detected from your browser and confirmed during first-run setup; after that, admins change it in Settings → Time zone, and the current clock in the chosen zone is shown beside the picker so you can see at a glance whether it matches the one on your wall.

Preferences for this device
The This device group in Settings is personal and stored in the browser you are using — change it on your laptop and your phone keeps its own setting.

| Language | Switches the dashboard between Arabic and English, flips the layout direction, and writes every number in that language's own digits — Eastern Arabic in Arabic, Latin in English. The same switch sits at the bottom of the sidebar. |
